چکیده
DRR2.0 in the very first search screen shows a number of disease somewhat related to the Dupuytrens, as well as Vitamin E and collagenase which are currently used for its treatment. It also shows the drug Phenobarbital, which is known as a possible trigger for Dupuytrens. The relation of the diseases with Fibrin, MMP2, TGF-Beta and beta-catenin are also evident. DRR2.0 has been able address Fibrin, MMP2 and TGF-beta but did not find anything significant for beta-catenin.

Comparing Adrenaline with Tranexamic Acid to Control Acute Endobronchial Bleeding: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Background: Hemoptysis occurs due to either pulmonary diseases or bronchoscopy interventions. The aim of the present study was to compare the efficacy of the endobronchial instillation of adrenaline with that of tranexamic acid. Methods: Fifty patients were randomly selected as 2 double-blinded sample groups (n=25). In these patients, bleeding could not be controlled with cold saline lavage dur...
متن کاملTranexamic acid: a review of its use in surgery and other indications.
UNLABELLED Tranexamic acid is a synthetic derivative of the amino acid lysine that exerts its antifibrinolytic effect through the reversible blockade of lysine binding sites on plasminogen molecules. Intravenously administered tranexamic acid (most commonly 10 mg/kg followed by infusion of 1 mg/kg/hour) caused reductions relative to placebo of 29 to 54% in postoperative blood losses in patients...
متن کاملAprotinin increases mortality as compared with tranexamic acid in cardiac surgery: a meta-analysis of randomized head-to-head trials.
To determine whether aprotinin increases mortality as compared with tranexamic acid in cardiac surgery, we performed a meta-analysis of randomized head-to-head trials. All prospective randomized head-to-head trials of aprotinin vs. tranexamic acid enrolling patients undergoing cardiac surgery were identified using a web-based search engine (PubMed). For each study, data regarding mortality in b...
متن کاملRole of Tranexamic Acid in Treatment of Patients with Epidural Hematoma
Introduction: Traumatic brain injury is considered as the major cause of mortality and hospitalization of about ten million people across the globe. Most of these patients are young and active people suffering disabilities. Tranexamic acid therapy is commonly used to reduce blood loss and need for blood transfusions in surgical cases. This study aimed at investigating the effect of tr...
متن کاملEfficacy of Tranexamic Acid in Severe Pulmonary Hemorrhage in a Asphyctic Neonate
Pulmonary hemorrhage (PH) is rarely seen in neonates and generally occurs based on the pathological process as perinatal asphyxia. Additionally, hypothermia treatment can be associated with thrombocytopenia and hemorrhage in term infants. Generally, PH is severe and persistant hemorrhage can related to neonatal mortality. Sometimes, supportive therapies such as positive-end expiratory pressure ...
